We guarantee your order. If your package isn't delivered within 70 business days from the dispatch date, you'll get a full refund or a reshipment — whichever you prefer.

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order for damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled items (wrong size, model, or customization). Items must be unused and in original condition with tags attached.

We don't accept exchanges for an incorrect size chosen at checkout, so please check the size chart available on every product page before ordering.

Customized items (name, number, or patches) can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective.

Refund approval takes up to 7 business days. Credit card refunds can then take 30–90 days depending on your bank, and PayPal refunds follow PayPal's own timelines.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us within 1 business day of purchase and we'll correct it at no cost. If it already shipped or was returned due to a wrong address, a 20 USD fee applies to reship it.
